Standard translation is performed within the following turnaround times*:
- Standard (up to 5 standard pages per day)
- Urgent (from 6 standard pages per day)
- Express (day by day or same-day service)
* The order and delivery days are not included in the turnaround times; only business days are counted.

All documents we receive from you are subjected to a preliminary analyzes in terms of terminology and stylistics of the text, which have to be translated. We verify and thoroughly check each and every text for quality purposes. We guarantee that a text once translated won’t be translated again, except in case of verification.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All materials and information provided to our office by the customer are treated as confidential. In order to guarantee the security of information, we require every interpreter and translator cooperating with us to sign a confidentiality clause. All documents stored by us on hard drives are secured electronically. The building in which our office is situated is under 24h surveillance.
